• Set date/time for final walk-through
• Aid seller in finding resources to deliver the property per the contract (examples trash removal, paint, carpet cleaning)
• Review all closing documents prior to closing to avoid any delays or problems
• Remind client to cancel utilities, cable and insurance on previous home and start on new home
• Verify recordation and funding and notify client
• Facilitate transfer of house keys, etc.
• Remove lockbox and signage
